Traveling as Couple
we had a beautiful view and
staff was very nice and helpful.
This hotel is very stylish and contemporary. The restaurant 6park grill is one of our favorite places, whether we stay at the Hyatt or not. Great spa toiletries.

Traveling as Couple
I was very dissatisfied with the hotel. This was supposed to be a four star hotel. I have seen 3 star hotels that exceeded the standards of this hotel. My wife and I were upset about the over-crowdedness when there was a conference. There was nowhere to stage the guests so they overflowed into the hallways and made it very uncomfortable for us to get to the elevator. We had to pay for parking. I have never stayed in a four or five star hotel and had to pay for parking. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. Will not go back there! ...read more

Checked in late after a concert. Waited far too long at the front desk for 11:30 at night and only one other couple checking in. She did not give us a bar key and/or tell us anything about the hotel. We needed water and noticed there was no bottles accessible in the room and the bar was locked. We called down to the front desk and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to bring us a key. With not many people staying there at midnight! My daughter went to dry herself and picked up a towel with a large brown stain on it! ...read more
